We have come to the end of the 21 days mind workout and it is time to relax, refresh and rejuvenate. What better way to do this, than with a sense of completion.
“Thank you” always brings with it finality with a flourish!
As you close your eyes to relax, think of all the people you have to thank:
- those who are with you always
- those who have provided guidance and light
- those who have created hurdles in your life; hurdles that you learned to overcome; that resulted in your growth
- those who have hurt you; they helped you discover your strengths and the power of forgiveness
- those who love you
…and the list goes on.
Thank each of them and as you do so, you feel a weight being lifted from your mind and a sense of lightheartedness and peace.
Everyone who comes into your life, does so for a reason. Some connect for no longer than a few seconds, some far longer and some are there with you for life. Accept it and move on.
Open your eyes and look at yourself in the mirror once again…hello there! What do you see now? Is there a difference? Do you see a change in the reflection that looks back at you?
The journey has just begun!
